I normally buy from a LFS but I wanted my new tank to be unique with a lot of color and my local places just didn't have anything with that "wow" factor. While searching online I came across Nice Betta Thailand and found a perfect pair. I was very worried about having them shipped internationally especially during a heatwave, but when I reached out they responded within minutes and we got a plan together. They arrived in perfect health a few days later and I couldn't be happier with both the fish and how helpful they were when I had questions.

Completely different level compared to your typical PetSmart Betta, these show quality fish are super beautiful, very intelligent, extremely hardy, and incredibly healthy and vital. The owner is also very responsive. Everything is well worth the reasonable pricing and I will be buying from them in the future!
Initially, I had many doubts about the company and the whole shipping process but they replied me really quickly and cleared all my doubts. The customer service was very good and they even went to the extent of sending me a video of the fish I was interested in.The packaging was really good and my fish arrived safely. Overall, I am really happy with the fish I received as it was healthy and looks exactly like the photo on the website. Definitely would recommend and buy from them again!
I'm very happy with my Betta pair that I purchased from NiceBettaThailand. Throughout my experience, when I had some questions they responded in a timely manner. Overall, the process went smoothly and the fish showed up looking healthy. Yes, they were stressed from shipping, but once they were acclimated to their new home they were showing good signs of health and excellent quality. I would highly recommend using them. I plan to return back as a repeat customer in the future and order more bettas from them.
